We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Stop Smoking Advisor. In this vital frontline role, you’ll support individuals on their journey to quit smoking, transforming not just their health, but often their entire outlook on life.
As a Stop Smoking Advisor, you’ll be:
Delivering personalised support through 1:1, virtual, and face-to-face appointments
Building strong, empathetic relationships with clients from all walks of life
Creating tailored quit plans that empower people to succeed
Celebrating real progress and lasting change with every milestone your clients reach
Collaborating with a supportive, experienced team in a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation
We’re looking for someone who is:
A great communicator – engaging, empathetic, and confident
Well organised, good IT skills and able to manage appointments and records with ease
Driven by a genuine passion for helping others
Positive, proactive, and reliable, with a “can-do” attitude
Able to travel across Bristol as needed
