What You’ll Do:
Support clients with tailored quit plans and ongoing motivation
Deliver weekly sessions (face-to-face, phone, and virtual)
Conduct CO monitoring and provide Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)
Manage a caseload and maintain accurate records in line with NICE guidelines
Deliver clinics in community settings across Berkshire
Support outreach events, workshops, and health promotion activities
Work with local partners, schools, and community groups to promote stop smoking support
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
Passion for supporting behaviour change and improving public health
Confident using IT systems and managing client data
Well organised with the ability to manage a caseload
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Berkshire
Full training will be provided to support you in delivering evidence-based stop smoking support.
